1986 Graduated from Musashino Art University Junior College of Art and Design, Faculty of Design
Joined the department of design at Hanae Mori Corporation 
Worked for 16 years as a designer
1992 Joined the Ohara School of Ikebana
Qualified as the First Degree Master Instructor of Ohara School of Ikebana
2001 Started studying Japanese painting
Studied with a Japanese painter Yoshiaki Uragami from the Nihon Bijutsuin

Concept

Flowers and trees have been very precious to me since I was little. I learned about plants in detail as I played with flowers in the paradise that my mother created in the garden, and as I further studied ikebana. I draw the energy of life that transmigrates from a bud to a blossom, and eventually into the ground.
